Our Shipping and return Policy

We work to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation. In order to inform you about the shipping process, we will notify you via e-mail or SMS when your order is shipped.

If your total order amount is 5000 TL and above, our shipping fee is free. For orders below 5000 TL, the shipping fee will be notified to you in detail and clearly on the order page.

As a Cargo Company, we deliver your orders safely with Turkey's leading cargo companies.

Your satisfaction with your purchases is important to us. Therefore, you can return the product you purchased unconditionally within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• For a return, the product must be unused, unopened and with its labels intact.

• You must send the invoice and return form along with the product you wish to return.

Return Process:
After your return request is approved, you can send your product to our specified address. The return process will be completed within 7 business days at the latest after the product reaches us and your payment will be made back with the same method you paid.
